I went in because I was had a fever/flu like symptoms. There were a few people in front of me, but it wasn't busy. They brought me back to an exam room within 10 minutes, and a nurse took my vitals. Then, inexplicably, they left me in the room for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Didnt check on me once. I was feeling horrible and felt like I was gonna pass out, otherwise I wouldn't have minded. All I heard was the nurses laughing, joking and deciding what they wanted for dinner. Professionalism is something they must not practice. When the doctor finally came in, she was nice and I received the proper medication. If your gonna make people wait, at least check on them and apologize. If I wanted poor treatment, id go to Houston county hospital. Won't be going there again.
