Terrible customer service. Have to ask for help. One lady had an attitude. I didn't get what I wanted. Overcharged me and had to go back in store. I only gave 2 stars because the ones who did help were nice and one asked if I needed something when I came back to get a refund. I will return my stuff and will not go back.

I loathe this store. When Staples left the area I almost cried. Customer Service is horrible. Wait times are insane. Print staff won't even acknowledge you're waiting, they literally ignore you. I pre order the prints I need, pay online, and still end up waiting 10-20 minutes for someone to pull it out of a box under the counter. It's completely ridiculous.

I've had orders go missing and have had to come back. Low quality imaging. And the "solutions" are usually "it's your fault"...thanks for the tip, what can I do to make you work more efficiently? Gah!

I've written this whilst waiting to pick up an order...hmmm. Case in point. Good luck out there.
